For the newly diagnosed myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) patient, one of the first recommendations is to see an MPN specialist. Financial burden can make this a difficult task. Even with healthcare insurance, the deductibles and copays can make this task financially overwhelming.

CancerCare Co-Pay Assistance Foundation

We help people with cancer overcome financial access and treatment barriers by assisting them with co-payments for their prescribed treatments. We offer easy-to-access, same day approval over the phone and online.

Good Days (formerly Chronic Disease Fund)

Good Days is a non-profit advocacy organization that provides resources for life-saving and life-extending treatments to people in need of access to care. Good Days offers assistance for copays for treatment, travel costs for medical appointments, monthly medical insurance premiums, and diagnostic testing.

HealthWell Foundation

HealthWell Foundation is a leading non-profit dedicated to improving access to care for America’s underinsured. We fill the gap by assisting with prescription copays, health insurance premiums, deductibles and coinsurance, pediatric treatment costs, and travel costs.

IncyteCARES

IncyteCARES is helping eligible patients with copay assistance for Jakafi® (ruxolitinib) along with ongoing support and resources during treatment. Our team can help you understand your insurance coverage and costs, identify financial assistance programs that may be available to you, set up delivery of your medicine from a specialty pharmacy, arrange for a temporary supply of medicine if coverage is delayed, provide education about your treatment or condition, and connect with other support services and programs.

Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) offers the following financial assistance programs to help individuals with blood cancer. Copay assistance program provides assistance toward the cost of private, Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE insurance premiums, and treatment-related copays and coinsurance for prescription drugs, labs, scans, tests, etc. Award levels vary by disease fund. Other financial aid programs include Patient Aid Program, Susan Lang Pay-It Forward Patient Travel Assistance Programs, and Urgent Need Programs. Medicine Assistance Tool (MAT)

Medicine Assistance Tool (MAT) is a free-to-use search engine that focuses its searches on patient assistance resources available to eligible patients. Building upon the Partnership for Prescription Assistance, MAT gives patients, loved ones, and health care providers a single point of access to hundreds of public and private assistance programs. Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) created the Medicine Assistance Tool to provide a dedicated search engine that allows users to search for financial assistance programs available through the various biopharmaceutical industry programs available for patients who are eligible.

Nationwide Prescription Connection

Get long term prescription cost help for patients who are uninsured, underinsured, or have Medicare prescription coverage and are having difficulty paying for your medications.

NeedyMeds

NeedyMeds is a 501(c)(3) national non-profit that connects people to programs that will help them afford their medications and other healthcare costs.

Patient Access Network Foundation

The Patient Access Network (PAN) Foundation is an independent, national 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to helping federally and commercially insured people living with life-threatening, chronic and rare diseases with the out-of-pocket costs for their prescribed medications. Since 2004, PAN has provided more than one million underinsured patients with $4 billion in financial assistance, through close to 70 disease-specific programs.

Patient Advocate Foundation Co-Pay Relief

We put patient and family peace of mind above all else. We provide direct payment for copays, co-insurance, and deductibles for patients who need financial assistance.

PharmaEssentia SOURCE is here to help you get access to BESREMiⓇ. Eligible patients can receive BESREMiⓇ for as little as $0 per month. This program covers copay, coinsurance, or deductible expenses for those who qualify. You may be eligible if you meet requirements, such as: having commercial (private) insurance that covers BESREMiⓇ, residing in the United States or a US territory, and having a valid prescription from a US physician for BESREMiⓇ. Together with GSK Oncology is a patient support program to help you and your doctor access a variety of reimbursement support and financial assistance offerings that you may be eligible for if you are prescribed a GSK oncology medication such as Ojjaara.

Airfare

Air Care Alliance (ACA)

is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to promote, support, and represent public benefit flying through communication and cooperation among organizations facilitating flights for health, compassion, and community service at no charge.

Angel Flight Central (AFC)

is a volunteer non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission it is to “Serve people in need by arranging charitable flights for health care or other humanitarian purposes.” AFC volunteers and supporters throughout the Midwest have made possible over 31,000 flights “free of charge” covering over 10 million nautical miles.

Corporate Angel Network (CAN)

is a 501(c)(3) organization that helps cancer patients access the best treatment by arranging free travel on corporate aircraft. Business jet travel makes it possible for patients, especially those located in areas with minimal airlines access, to travel to specialized medical centers. Participation is open to all cancer patients, as well as bone marrow and stem cell donors and recipients. Patients may travel as often as necessary and there is no financial requirement.

Mercy Medical Angels

is the largest charitable medical transportation system in the world. They remove the barrier to medical care with transportation on the ground with gas cards, bus and train tickets and in the air with flights flown by volunteer pilots and commercial airlines. Last year, they provided more than 24,000 free patient trips to clinical care.
