Update on MPN Clinical Trials and new drugs in development for 2021 and beyond.  The PDUFA date is the end of the review period, where the FDA has to make a decision or respond to a New Drug Application (NDA) or a Biologics License Application (BLA).  Ropeginterferon and Pacritinib both have PDUFA dates in November 2021.

How do you evaluate a patient’s disease?  How and when do you approach the clinical trial topic with patients?  If I participate in a clinical trial will a bone marrow biopsy be required?  Are clinical trials a last resort?  Are MPNs a cancer / leukemia?
